Dr. Dirk Ulmcke founded ULMCKECONSULTING in 2002 and started advising companies on his at the time primary field of expertise: Customer Relationship Management, Database Marketing and Sales Force Automation. Those terms are hardly around nowadays and areas of expertise have broadened significantly since then to cover all important areas of successfully helping clients to thrive in digitalization.
We apply our expertise in computer science, software development and technology, combined with business management, leadership skills, and industry insight to shape our Solution Services offering. Such services help our clients best to conceptualize, implement and optimize their digitalization and digital transformation projects to achieve sustainable growth.

On Dirk's academic background: He holds a PhD in Business Administration from USC Brisbane, Australia; a Master’s Degree in Executive Management from Vienna University, Austria; a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Applied Science (FH) Wiesbaden, Germany.
